English B1–B2

Effective communication means having reasonable control of the essentials of grammar (such as the major present, past, and future tenses) and vocabulary used to describe and discuss topical issues and interact with colleagues. In this course, these foundations are logically explained, expanded, and then practised in context.

The focus is on English for academic purposes but also includes some aspects of professional and everyday life. Current topics from a range of disciplines and various media are used to train participants’ speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.

This is a small-group course: The number of participants in this small-group course is limited to ensure greater individual attention. The minimum number of participants is 6; the maximum 10
