Deutsch als Fremdsprache: Konversationstraining Grundstufe

This course is intended for those who want to improve their conversation skills. In various communicative tasks such as monologues, dialogues and discussions, speech patterns will be trained. In a relaxed environment participants will be able to expand vocabulary and gain confidence in speaking.

This course is also the perfect addition to our German courses Grundkurs I and II.

Requirements

Requirements for acquisition of credit points

In order to receive credit points, candidates will

  • not be absent more than twice,
  • prepare the topics for discussion in class,
  • prepare and deliver one short talk,
  • actively participate in role play and pair-work in class.

You can get a total of 2 credit points.

Students are assessed by means of a portfolio (pass/fail).

Certificate of attendance

In order to receive a certificate of attendance (available on request) for this course, you are not allowed to be absent more than maximum two times.

Placement test

This course can be attended without a placement test. However, for your own orientation you are welcome to take a computer placement test at the Language Center prior to the course and enter your results in the registration form.
