This training is addressed to German language learners on level A2 who want to improve and practice their pronunciation in German.
In this training we will look at fundamental aspects of spoken German that will help to determine and to master not only typical but also individual difficulties that language learners encounter with German pronunciation.
The training aims at the pronunciation of various consonants and vowels, difficult combinations and assimilations. While practicing, participants find out about their physical production and their characteristics. Sounds are examined and are practiced intensively by forming words and sentences, as well as by reading texts. The appropriate Standard German intonation and the transliteration by letter(s) will also be a part of this training.
